All books purchased through this website are packed and dispatched personally, unless ordered through Authorhouse which are dispatched through Lightening Source in Milton Keynes.

All books dispatched by us postage is included in the price.  Authorhouse have their own arrangements with Lightening Source so please see their terms and conditions.

All books purchased through Authorhouse are printed on demand, giving a standard dispatch time of 3-5 days after order plus the standard delivery time and your location.

If ordering through another distributor via the Internet please see their own terms & conditions.

All personally dispatched books will be signed by the author, unless otherwise stated, and will be despatched within 3-5 days. In the event that a book is not presented to saleable quality, or is damaged in transit, please return the book, in the original packaging and condition within 10 days to:-

The book will be refunded or replaced at your choice on receipt, in good condition, and by us. This does not affect any statutory rights that arise in the UK.

What information do we collect?

We collect several kinds of information from the website: order and payment details for orders placed, details for information requests, and if you register for our mailing list, the information we collect is your name and email address only.
