Come along for a fun filled inspiring evening and chat to like minded people on the 1st Tuesday of every month. Each month we have a different motivational or spiritual speaker from around the world covering a wide variety of topics. These have become extremely popular and we have a regular lovely friendly crowd who welcome new people to share and learn as we all personally grow through these lovely meetings

Mine is the Power
We are all aspiring to live healthy happier lives but are we thinking in a way that allows us to manifest this?
Most of us have heard that a positive attitude is important in life, but do we know why that is….and more importantly how to achieve it.
During this talk Cathy will look at some of the links between the mind and body and explore some of the ways we can use these links to positively access better health and well-being. She will also share with us how important it is to understand how to use this energy connection as our mind and thoughts are powerful.
This will be an inspiring and informative talk that will provide you with plenty of food for thought plus she will give you tools and ideas which you can take away and start implementing to make your life healthier and happier,
Cathy Flynn has been teaching, giving talks and running various workshops and classes in metaphysics, and spiritual development for over 20 years. She is an accomplished Astrologer and has a vast knowledge and experience in many areas to do with the mind, body and spirit field. Cathy is a strong advocate for a homeopathic way of thinking and has worked with hundreds of people to find there way to achieving happier healthier lives.

Johnty Wilkes is Britains first "New Age Saxophonist" performed during our evening on 6th December, featuring his soft saxophone tones on alto and soprano saxophones, soft synths and gentle meditative chants.

The venue has a lovely bar and restaurant if you want to come early or stay late. Also FREE car parking
Doors open 6.45pm for 7.15pm start. Finish usually 9.15pm but you are welcome to stay and chat

Free tea & coffee in the interval.
