Sheila Steptoe
Sheila Steptoe is author of 'Before I get old and wrinkly' which is Sheila's first book which started as just a letter to her children but the idea and contents were beginning to help so many other people who were beginning to question things in their life that she turned it into a book.
Following a career in media sales for The Observer, Sunday Times and the Essex Chronicle newspapers, Sheila worked for 7 years as a Health Care Adviser for BUPA where she discovered her vocation in training and teaching. This led her to study for a Counselling degree, Life Coaching and now Quantum Physics.
Sheila is passionate about sharing her life changing experiences and new found knowledge over the last 15 years with people from all walks of life.This can, and has, helped so many people. Her life has been an adventure with many different paths, some devastating, many beautiful and when she was in her mid 40's her life changed forever when very un-expectantly spirituality entered into her life. And no, she is not one of those wacky new age revellers but an ordinary 21st centrury fun loving woman just like most people. But she may differ from some of you because inside she has learnt to reach her true self. This has given her the courage, trust and faith to follow her true path which has now given her so much more than she ever realised she could have. Every dream has a beginning - she is now living hers.
She is a regular speaker at conferences and seminars and runs fun packed motivational workshops for individuals and groups.She get's a wonderful buzz from seeing people leave invigorated and believing in themselves. She is also an Associate member of the Professional Speakers Associaton.
Sheila has a network of associates who help her run her workshops with a personal friendly human approach. Successful clients to date include NHS Matron's Network, Essex County Council Libraries, Authorhouse Publishers, MBS Events to name but a few.
