Fifteen years ago, Sheila was a happy, average housewife. Then suddenly the rug was pulled out from under her. As she slowly healed, she transformed her life from rock-bottom to a successful business woman......and if Sheila can do this maybe so can you.
'Before I get old and wrinkly' was Sheila's first book and was started simply as a letter to her children. Her inspirational ideas and contents began to help so many other people who were questioning their lives, that Sheila was compelled to write the book which is fast becoming a best seller. This letter changed her life.
Her second book 'Master Your Own Destiny' has just been published and will give you, the reader, many more tools and techniques to transform your own life at your leisure and in your own way.
Having had a corporate background in media sales for The Observer, Sunday Times and the Essex Chronicle newspapers, it was Sheila's occupation as a Health Care Adviser for BUPA that uncovered her vocation in training and teaching. Sheila's soul then beckoned her to leave her successful business career and to journey onto a completely different path. Following her inner knowing she studied for a Counseling degree, Life Coaching and now Metaphysics.
Her life has been a fun-filled roller coaster adventure with many different paths, including many life-changing events, both emotional and physical. But her love of life and positive attitude has never let her down as she continues to be a 'student' of life! Let's not discuss how many schools she managed to get expelled from! She has lived with skin cancer for over 23 years, devastated when her happy marriage broke down and even more devastated through a close family separation. Plus she has been through bereavement, un-employment and every emotion there is!
But she adopted an 'I can attitude' and was determined to have success, fun, laughter and love as she grew through each experience. This was because in her mid 40's.... unexpectedly spirituality entered into her life, changing it forever.
Sheila has the amazing capability of 'standing back' and allowing people to blossom and flourish as she guides, listen and observers giving individuals the opportunity to grow in their own space.
She has appeared as a guest on Prime Time TV and chatted on many independent and local BBC Radio stations over the last few years.
Sheila is an ordinary 21st century fun loving woman, who now has the courage, trust and faith to follow her true path. She has gained more than she ever imagined.
Every dream has a beginning – she is now living hers.
A regular speaker at conferences and seminars, Sheila also hosts fun packed motivational workshops for individuals and groups. She is an Associate member of the Professional Speaking Association.
